Shipping Policies

In Ropa Artesanal México Lindo we make national and international shipments, shipments are at home or direct to a branch of the parcel.

All our shipments are INSURED , this means that in case the parcel reports a theft or loss, your order will be completely replaced.

Nationals (Mexico)

  • We ship anywhere in the Mexican Republic.

  • The merchandise is available to ship immediately.

  • The express service is only for major cities.

  • We handle 4 packages (Redpack, Fedex, Estafeta and DHL)

  • The cost of shipping depends on the number of pieces you order.

  • Once you pay for the order, we will send you your tracking number so you can track the package.

International

  • We ship anywhere in the world, the rates shown below are for the USA only.

  • The merchandise is available to ship immediately.

  • Shipments to the USA do not pay taxes of any kind due to the free trade agreement between Mexico and the USA.

  • We do not have an express service for international shipments.

  • We handle 2 packages (Fedex and UPS)

  • The cost of shipping depends on the number of pieces you order.

  • Once you pay for the order, we will send you your tracking number so you can track the package.

  • To quote shipments to another country it is necessary to contact our sales staff.

Returns

We only make returns due to manufacturing defects, returns have no shipping cost.

Process

  1. Request the return through our whatsapp or by sending a message to our online chat.

  2. Send a photo of the defect you want to claim, it will be subject to evaluation, according to the conditions that are explained.

  3. A guide valid for 3 business days will be sent, which you must print and bring along with the garment you wish to return to the corresponding parcel.

Terms

  1. You have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise to make a return due to an error in size, model, product color or manufacturing defect,

  2. The return does not proceed if the product is dirty, stained, abused or shows repairs or repairs.

  3. If the item was used in conditions other than normal, it was not operated according to the instructions, the return does not apply. (you must send a photo of the defect)

  4. The product must be clean and in good condition, it must not be used.

  5. The authorization of the change will be reviewed in detail when we receive the garment.
